DEPOSIT and APPLICATION FEE

  • $35 non-refundable application fee required per occupant 18 years of age or older.
  • Pay via money order, cashier’s check, or personal check.
  • Full deposit required to reserve your new home. This is refundable for 48 hours.

*Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment home with one deposit fee.

No weight restriction but the following breed restrictions apply:
Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher,
German Shepherd,   Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky,
Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf hybrid breeds, or any of the above miniature breeds or mixed breeds.
*In addition to the above mentioned, any animals known to be aggressive will not be allowed.

We require $100,000 liability coverage and maximum $500 deductible per household.
All utilities are paid by the resident.

The Moderate and Low income program is based on occupancy and the total gross earned and unearned income for the household

Two Checks one for Application Fees and one for Deposit
1 Full month of bank statements for Both and all Checking and Savings in Household
Three Consecutive Current Pay stubs (For Household)
Vehicle Registration card
Pet Picture and Vaccinations
ICC Form (Income Computation And Certification) you can get off our website
AHCQ (Affordable Housing Certification Questionnaire) you can get off our website
Any additional documentation (Anything Answered Yes In AHCQ)
